Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return requests after 30 days will be considered for in-store credit.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can log in to your account using the email address you placed your order with from the "My Account" link at the bottom of our homepage or contact us at customerservice@2992shop.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

At 29.92, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our flight bags. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our flight bags, ensuring that your investment is protected against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

What Is Covered

Our Flight Bag Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

  • Structural failures that occur under normal use

  • Defective hardware such as zippers, clasps, and buckles

If your flight bag is found to have a defect covered under this policy, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, free of charge.

What Is Not Covered

While our flight bags are built to last, this warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear beyond reasonable everyday use

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, stains, discoloration, etc.)

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care

  • Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs

  • Damage from exposure to extreme weather conditions, chemicals, or solvents

Definition of Reasonable Everyday Wear

We understand that flight bags are subjected to frequent use, and signs of wear are expected over time. Reasonable everyday wear includes:

  • Minor fabric fading due to exposure to sunlight

  • Slight fraying of seams from regular handling

  • Softening of material with age and use These natural signs of wear do not affect the integrity of the bag and are not considered defects under this policy.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your flight bag qualifies for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

  3. Include clear photos showing the defect.

  4. Our team will review your claim and provide further instructions.

29.92 reserves the right to determine whether a claim falls within the scope of this Lifetime Warranty.

Clothing and Other Non Flight Bag Warranty

Our 30-Day Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

  • Defective hardware such as zippers, buttons, and fasteners

If your clothing or accessory is found to have a defect covered under this policy, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, free of charge.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sorry, no refunds on international shipping charges. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
